Saffron Walden Christmas is round the corner!
Its hard to believe its that time of year already and Christmas is just around the corner!
We are excited that after months of talking about things we could do in town, the Business Improvement District team is focusing initially on a few strategic and integrated activities in the run up to Christmas to attract and engage visitors and residents.
This year, Lodges Vintage Buses will run for five Saturdays not three from November 24 to December 22.
In addition to publicising this elsewhere, it will be promoted to visitors to Audley End Miniature Railway and Audley End House & Gardens to encourage them to visit the town centre.
Similar to the Local Shopping Challenge, shoppers spending £5 minimum can enter a prize draw to win £100 voucher to spend in any participating local business. So that’s potential spend back into your business if you take part.
For children, we will be running an Elf and Fairy Hunt with a prize draw. The winner will get a fabulous and exclusive prize for their family and friends. For a bit of extra fun, there’ll be a ‘Elfie-Selfie’ competition for the most likes and shares of your picture with a real Saffron Walden Christmas Elf or Fairy.
